Lunar Lander

Once the game begins the ship will appear on the screen with just enough engine thrust to keep it steady. It is your job to adjust the engine thrust as well as the side thrusters to get the ship to land on the landing pad. Don't be wasteful as you only have enough fuel for one try. Use the left or right arrow buttons on the screen to activate a side thruster and the up and down arrows on the screen to raise or lower the ship's engine thrust. The object of the game is to get the ship in the center of the landing pad without any left or right movement and moving at 10 FPS or less. Any side movement or touch down at over 10  FPS will result in a crash as will landing on the moon's surface rather than the landing pad. Scoring is calculated by how much fuel you have left after landing as well as the speed at which you touch down. More fuel and slower speed results in more points. Don't be fooled though, it's a lot harder than it looks but with practice it can be done.
