Hawaiian Checkers

The game begins with black and white checkers filling the board in an alternating pattern. Players then hop over one another's pieces, capturing them similar to Checkers. The first player unable to capture is the loser while their opponent is the winner. Includes Human vs Computer AI option.

Ancient Hawaiians regarded this game as more than just a game. The strategic and analytical skills required to be a successful Hawaiian Checkers player were useful in both times of war and peace. Consequently, some of Hawaii's most prominent ali'i, such as Kamehameha the Great, were also talented Hawaiian Checkers players.
